We've filed a series of new grievances against Dow Jones — all designed to protect your rights under the contract.
Two of the grievances are for improper dismissal, another — on behalf for four members — for layoffs that violate seniority protections in the contract, a third involves a warning letter and two more — on behalf of three members — are tied to the company's failure to pay premium pay.
