THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL GOVERN THE VOTE:

1. This NOTICE of IAPE & DOW JONES CONTRACT RATIFICATION VOTE will be emailed to all IAPE-represented employees and posted on the IAPE website (www.iape1096.org) on Monday, August 22, 2022.

2. The election will be conducted by online voting only.

3. Ballot security credentials and login information will be emailed on Friday, August 26, 2022 by TrueBallot Inc., to all eligible members who were in good standing as of Thursday, August 18, 2022.

4. Voting instructions will be supplied by TrueBallot Inc.

5. Individuals who do not receive a ballot and believe they are eligible to vote should contact the IAPE Elections Committee: elections@iape1096.org.

6. All ballots must be received by TrueBallot Inc. no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT, Friday, September 9, 2022 to be counted.

7. Only official ballots will be counted.

8. Ballots will be counted by TrueBallot Inc. commencing at 12:01 p.m. EDT, Friday, September 9, 2022.

9. A simple majority of votes cast shall determine whether the tentative agreement is accepted or rejected.

10. As soon as possible following the conclusion of the ballot count, results will be emailed to IAPE-represented employees and posted on the IAPE website.
